It all starts with our engineering design team that develops the concept into a 3-D CAD (computer-aided design) model or technical drawings. The CAD model is then turned over to our manufacturing engineers that designs fixturing, tooling, and programs the required CNC machines for the project. Once the first article is produced, our quality engineers verify that the part is to tolerance and create in-process checks as necessary. Our manufacturing engineers and quality control team work together to optimize lean processes throughout the next production development phase.
