At Live Free Armory, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to troubleshoot, repair, or resolve any issues to ensure your firearm performs to our rigorous standards.

- Manufacturer Defects: If an item arrives with a manufacturer defect, we will prioritize a repair or exchange to get your equipment back in peak working order.

Please Note: All sales are considered final. We are committed to ensuring your gear functions perfectly and will work tirelessly to resolve any technical or performance concerns through our warranty and repair processes.
Refund & Return Exceptions
Live Free Armory will not issue a return or refund if:
- The damage or defect resulted from improper installation, usage, or other warranty violations (please refer to our Warranty Policy).
- The damage or defect was caused by an alteration of the product by the owner or a third party.
- Warranty work or repairs were attempted by anyone other than a certified Live Free Armory armorer.
Important Shipping & Return Instructions
WARNING: Before shipping, you MUST confirm that the firearm and all magazines are completely unloaded.
- Accessories: Unless specifically requested by one of our armorers, do not send any accessories (slings, optics, flashlights, etc.) with your firearm.
- FFL Requirements: If your firearm is submitted to us by an FFL Dealer, it will be returned to that same FFL Dealer.
- Handguns & AR Pistols: These must be shipped via a contract carrier such as UPS or FedEx (typically via Next Day Air). Handguns cannot be shipped via U.S. Mail.
- Shipping Liability: Live Free Armory packs all products securely for shipment. Once a product leaves our facility, the carrier assumes liability for damages. Customers must inspect all shipments upon arrival and report any transit damage directly to the freight carrier immediately.
