Live Free Armory Warranty Policy
If you have questions or are unsatisfied with the performance of your Live Free Armory firearm, please contact customerservice@livefreearmory.com. Please be prepared to provide a full description of your concerns and any circumstances that may have occurred in order to process your warranty claim as quickly as possible. Pictures and video are requested to help demonstrate the condition or assist in understanding the issue. If any warranty work needs to be done, it must be approved prior to you returning the firearm/part. Please refer to our Return Policy for proper return protocol.
Our Lifetime Warranty
Live Free Armory will warranty factory-built firearms against defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Live Free Armory agrees to correct any defect in a firearm by repair or replacement with the same or comparable quality components at Live Free Armory’s discretion, provided that the firearm is returned unloaded and freight prepaid to Live Free Armory at:

NOTE: For faster service, we recommend the warranty card is filled out and returned to Live Free Armory within 30 days of the original customer’s purchase date along with a copy of the dated sales receipt. This procedure may be completed online at www.livefreearmory.com or the card and receipt may be mailed to: 2725 Kirby Cir NE, Building 1 Palm Bay, FL 32905.
Wear Items & Limitations
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and does not apply to any accessory items attached to the firearm. Please note that springs, magazines, firing pins, and other internal parts are considered wear items; these, along with cosmetic scratches, are not warrantied beyond one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is null and void if the firearm has been misused, damaged, or fired with hand-loaded, reloaded, or improper ammunition that does not correlate with SAAMI specifications. Failure to perform reasonable and necessary maintenance as described in the manual will void the warranty. Firing the rifle with an obstruction in the barrel will void the warranty. Any repairs or modifications to the firearm (including cosmetic), if not performed by Live Free Armory, will void the warranty. Any modifications to the barrel will void the warranty.
Live Free Armory supplies components of firearms, which may result in complete firearms that were not factory-built by Live Free Armory. If you are uncertain whether your firearm was factory-built by Live Free Armory, please contact us at sales@livefreearmory.com to verify the status using the serial number. In no event shall Live Free Armory be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this warranty.
Ported Barrels & Compensated Slides
All ported barrels and compensators require full-power ammunition (for 9mm, 124 grain or more) and a firm grip. If the wrong ammunition or grip is used, it will cause cycling and reliability issues.
